- Housed in the historic Bay House on the historic Thompson estate, the Finger Lakes Wine Center at Sonnenberg Gardens & Mansion State Historic Park provides visitors a one-stop shopping opportunity with more than 170 select wines from our 41 partner wineries. Tastings are offered daily during Garden Season (May - Oct.)starting at 11 a.m. A flight of 5 samples is available in 2009 for $3 per person. Or, purchase a glass to sip as you stroll the Sonnenberg Gift Shop or enjoy lunch at the High Noon Cafe'. Selections abound when you purchase bottled wines in our retail center. You may also purchase admission to the 50-acre historic estate for access to Sonnenberg's 1887 Victorian mansion and nine formal, turn-of-the-century gardens.
